Over 20 years as a fitness professional and currently runs Ottawa Swimming
Certified Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, Aquatic Fitness Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor.
Founder of the Ottawa Triathlon Club , Ottawa Running Club and Ottawa Swimming
Athletic Experience: 35 years in triathlon, masters decathlete, college basketball and football
